Excellent location for exploring Prague's main attractions.

Opening the windows for relief meant enduring the loud street noise. The bathroom facilities were not maintained, with a musty smell emanating from the drains.

Excellent location, all sights are within walking distance. Clean, cozy, delicious breakfasts.

perfect for city strolls, close to main attractions

The location was perfect, being just a few steps from the tram and under a 10-minute walk to key sights like the Old Town Hall with the Astronomical Clock. The staff were friendly, and my room was spacious and clean, made my weekend getaway even better.

Check-In was a bit slower than expected, but after a hectic check, the facilities were excellent... Parking was great, housekeeping was good, and the location was top notch. Checkout was also effortless and was completed in less than 5 minutes... The flat was fully equipped with all of the amenities and appliances needed for any length of trip. The bathroom was modern and the hot water and water pressure was ample. Recommended!

There was a very small check-in time-window and when we arrived there were lots of people and only one clerk who seemed unorganized and overworked.

I also enjoyed spa treatments like the relaxing massage and rejuvenating facial available on-site. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options could use a little improvement, but overall, it didn't take away from my great experience 😊

Room size is good for up to 4 people.

Room was next to stairs and apartment was very noisy. Combine this with a group of young english beerdrinking city-trippers and make your own conclusion.

Very convenient location! We booked a studio for two adults and a child, and with us was a dog. We got a wonderful apartment with a bedroom and living room-kitchen. Parking is on site, underground and is designed only for small cars. Our car was a with a Thule box on the roof, so for the same price we were provided a space for our car at the train station parking (not far from the apartments). The apartment had everything necessary to stay.

Originally we booked apartment at 36, but when we arrived we were placed into the house 48. The girl at reception probably was a new employee, because she wasn't very competent in some areas. The apartment did not work a washing machine, although we expected to wash clothes after our long journey. The apartment windows face the courtyard, where from 8 am starting to come employees of local offices and park their cars at the underground parking - all over the courtyard heard an endless clanking of iron gates. We were staying in apartments at the end of June, and we were slept with the open windows ... woke up early, at 8 am... There were also small inconsistencies ... .. but we would be stopped again at these apartments in following our journey! Since for all small misunderstandings staff always tried to help and helped us! And nothing about the location I generally keep quiet - wonderful!

I loved staying in a gigantic room with all the kitchen essentials, giving me the flexibility to prepare meals. The A/C kept the space cool. The breakfast spread was beyond excellent, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of meats and cheeses that fueled my adventures!

Noise, there were parties which appeared endless and involved too much alcohol.

The apartments (we stayed in two, as there was a mistake made, see cons) were very spacious and were well equipped. Free wifi, cooking utensil, washing machine, flat iron, hair dryer... One was cleaner than the other, but overall it left a positive impression on us. The location was very good, in the middle of Wenceslas Square and we could go everywhere by foot. The subway was just meters from the apartment, which was very handy as well. Even though the organization is rather complicated (different receptions, different people, different buildings) it has been a pleasant stay. I do recommend to send an e-mail for confirmation beforehand to avoid the trouble we had to face (when we left there was an angry man arguing with the reception about how unclear everything was arranged).

Our booking couldn't be found on the system, even though I got the booking printed out. Since the reception works for more companies, and there are different owners of different apartment, it was not easy to just give us another apartment. We waited over an hour not knowing if the problem will be solved (it was midnight...). Luckily the reception guy named Eric managed to find us an apartment at 1am. The next morning though, we got waken by a girl who was standing in the living room and was absolutely shocked: How did you get in here?! Apparently we were brought to the wrong apartment, so we had to move to another one.
